Roger Bailey, Conservation Coordinator of the Trust, is based on Flower Valley farm. One of his tasks is managing this fynbos farm to ensure its profitability. He is in charge of sustainable harvesting research and does extension work, including advising the Trust’s partners and fynbos suppliers.
